Our dishes are made entirely in-house to the exact recipe of our Chef De La Cuccina, using only the freshest ingredients. We prepare our pizza dough over two days to ensure it delicately balances between crunch and chew. We then top it with ingredients that respect the heritage of authentic Italian cuisine, before baking it in our 800 F wood-fired Neapolitan oven in under 90 seconds.
